With the recent 125th anniversary of women’s suffrage in New Zealand, Miranda Cook looks at the place of women in pharmacy and talks to women who have broken down barriers in what once was a male preserve. Some interviewees feel females are making good ground in the health policy arena, while others think more needs to be done to propel them into ownership and leadership roles
